A song you listen to when you're angry

I tend not to listen to angry songs when I'm angry, because the objective is not to sustain my anger, but to calm myself down.  If I can't move my fury along to another stage (parsing it into another emotion, like bitterness or something even more specific), then I will listen to more upbeat music with a stronger, louder beat.

In the past, when Avril Lavigne had just released her first album, my go-to angry song was "Losing Grip".

These days, if I'm still stewing in anger, I'll listen to Demi Lovato, Puddle of Mudd, or something with a good dance beat, like Girls Aloud.  (Never thought I'd see those three artists in one sentence!)  And if I'm feeling particularly self-indulgent and am up for a bitter laugh, Kate Nash.

But most of the time, I'm able to boil my anger down to a more specific emotion, or at least talk myself into believing that it's just not my day.  I have a handful of songs for this purpose:

"World Spins Madly On", The Weepies

(Also: "Not Your Year")

"Annie", Mat Kearney

"Wonderful World", James Morrison

Others:
"Details in the Fabric", Jason Mraz ft. James Morrison (incredible song, HIGHLY recommend!)
"Desperate", David Archuleta (I don't normally listen to this song, but it's darker than most of his other songs and really suits my mood when I'm down)
