I wrote this as a little note to myself, based on my initial impressions of Sydney on my second or third day here:
In Taipei, there is only sun and no sun. In Sydney, there's the late afternoon autumn sun, casting its glow on treetops and cement sledges so that everything is tinged with a rose gold color.
